An HIV/AIDS Awarness and information site.  Outreaching to those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS pandemic with in our community.  We bring information from a variety of other organizations, churches, and Ministries from our community to yours.  We provide you information about other organizations to you so that you might get a better understanding about HIV/AIDS today.
 
Even today, others are rejected from churches and communities about their status.  Have you been discriminated against in your community for whatever reason? etc...? Positive Faith Community Ministries does not in any way discriminate against HIV/AIDS status, race, creed, color, religious doctrine, sexual orientation or other discriminating barriers.  Our Ministry was founded on the same Love that Christ has shown us and asks us to show others. 
 
When the Bible said "Love one another", the Lord meant one another, not just a select group. When he also spoke "Love thy neighbor as thy self", he meant exactly what this says as one of  the 10 commandments.  If you love yourself, you should love thy neighbor in the same manner. 
 
We are here to help you not only deal with the everyday stimga of living with HIV/AIDS, but those also affected by this world wide pandemic all over the world.  Our overall goal is to reach out to our current community here in Indianapolis, area and throughout the state of Indiana.  Especially to our churches and prepare them with the essentials needs to understand HIV/AIDS, so that they to will open their hearts, souls, minds and doors to all of Gods people, in the same Loving foundation he all ready laid for us. Now we have to continue his loving foundation and build up a loving structure for his Kingdom.

Personal Testimony
Rarely is anything accomplished for the Kingdom of God without a very real spiritual battle proportionate to the magnitude of the work being done for his kingdom. God has blessed the faith of Ken Medlin by enabling him to give birth to a Positive Faith Ministries that is looking forward to reaching others in the name of Jesus Christ in Love, Compassion, Hope and Healing Ministry. Consequently the personal warfare he’s faced was unusually intense and vicious. To talk about the thrilling, positive things God has done in his life without showing the satanic attacks and wilderness experiences he went through with HIV would present a picture of how God works. For nothing of any real value or lasting significance comes without a price. Even when Christ walked on the earth he was ridiculed for the works he had done in Gods name. He to like many of you including myself have been ridiculed as Jesus was no matter what your situation. Find him and you too will know the goodness God has for your life. This is one of many foundations for Positive Faith Ministries. I want you to first and far most know that God loves you! You will never know another love, but Gods love. Our Ministry is not only an uplifting Ministry, but one that will show you your path through a more fulfilling life with God.

Partner Testimony:
A little over eight years ago, my brother was diagnosed with full-blown AIDS. Although we knew he was gay, this still came as a shock to us. At the time he was very ill, thus the diagnosis of AIDS, and not HIV+. He is my baby brother and we have always been very close so I was devastated. After making sure he was on the proper medications and getting over the initial shock, I began to feel a nudge from God to help with the cause, so to speak. I began volunteering for an AIDS organization in the area and decided I wanted to get my Master in Pastoral Care to help those with the virus.
With much encouragement from my brother, I received my Masters Degree and began working part time at the same organization doing pastoral care for our clients. I am absolutely thrilled with this position because so many of our clients feel the church doors have been shut yet they want a spiritual component in their lives.
The most important thing I’ve learned since my brother’s diagnosis is how precious time is. I never talk to him that I don’t tell him I love him and every moment we spend together is so special. He is a doctor and now works at an HIV/AIDS clinic and says he has found his mission in life through his illness. Our children also volunteer where I work and it has given them compassion and a depth they might not otherwise have gotten until later in life.
What we thought was one of the most tragic things in our lives, turned out to have many positives as well. Today my brother is basically well and living a full life. We are more compassionate and our faith has grown. I am a better person because my brother’s illness has taught me so much.
